I lead teams, streamline operations, and build systems that keep projects moving. With a background in engineering and hands-on operational leadership, I bridge technical thinking with real-world execution across fast-moving environments..
📍 Kigali, Rwanda — Open to On-site & Global Remote Roles
I hold a BSc in Mechatronic Engineering from JKUAT (2022) a discipline built around designing, integrating, and optimising systems. That engineering mindset now shapes how I approach operations and programme management: bringing structure to complexity, aligning teams, and driving reliable execution across technical and operational environments.
Today I manage field activation teams of up to 20 people at Digital Creations Rwanda, overseeing brand campaigns for clients including Equity Bank and Illovo Sugar (ABF Group). Before that, I ran production workflows, led product launches, and managed procurement across food manufacturing and creative industries.
I built my own PM tooling from scratch in Excel — an employee task tracking system with automated dashboards — because I believe PMs should understand the systems they manage. I want to lead engineering teams where that combination of hands-on technical depth and operational ownership makes a real difference.
Technical depth and operational breadth — from reading circuit schematics and fabricating robots, to leading field teams, building PM tools, and writing SOPs that actually get followed.
I am actively seeking on-site or remote Programme Management, Operations, or Technical Coordinator roles — locally, globally or with Africa-focused organisations. Available for the right opportunity. UTC+2 timezone.
